Who reads support messages? +

Cartegy is a small studio, so support goes to the people who actually build the products.

What should I include in a bug report? +

The product name, your device or browser, what you expected, what actually happened, and any screenshots that help explain the issue.

How does sending work? +

The form opens a ready-to-send draft in your own email app, addressed to [email protected] with your product and topic filled in. Nothing is submitted through this website.
